Sexual abuse and acts of exploitation can often be found underlying a vast array of sexual difficulties. This course looks at the impact of these forms of sexual trauma on the psyche of the individual, the development of his/her sexuality, and the impact on intimacy and closeness in relationships. Treatment strategies are discussed at length, from a variety of modalities.
